SERVICE
We offer an outstanding dog walking and visit service. At Walkies with Poppy everything is about the dog, its wellbeing care and exercise. The human comes a close second and can expect a friendly, firm and fair service.

PRICES
A 7-day notice will be given if there are to be any adjustments made.
Weekly/monthly consecutive bookings will a receive a discounted rate.

CANCELLATIONS
There will be a 50% charge if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule. To be agreed at consultation on signature.
FAILURE TO COMPLY
100% charge if we cannot gain access to your dogs/s or you forget that you’ve booked us, and the dog/s are not in the property etc.
INVOICING
We send fortnightly invoices by Whatsapp, (payable by bank transfer). Cash will only be acceptable if agreed at consultation.
LATE PAYMENT FEES
Late payment fee – not paid within 7 days of invoice sent. (£5 per day from day 8 onwards).
WALKING TIMES/SLOTS
The following time slots are for guidance and can be flexible if needed.
Mon-Fri:

Morning: 8:30am - 11am (The morning group)

Midday: 12 noon - 2pm (Focused on visits)

Afternoon: 3pm - 5pm (The afternoon group)
Saturday:

9am – 11am (Advance booking only) and if working
Sunday:

9am – 12 noon (Brunch – advance booking only) and if working
On occasion we may arrive slightly earlier or later due to circumstances out of our control, e.g traffic/road works. Please allow us ½ an hour arrival time each side of your requested slot.
COMMUNICATING WITH YOU
We send a text every Friday asking what days/times you’d like your dog/s walked for the next week on a first come first serve basis.
SAFETY
The safety of your dog is of paramount importance to us. Your dog MUST have a tag on its collar by law.
BEING PREPARED
Please leave collars & leads out and visible for us to collect.
When dogs are wet + muddy – please leave towels out for us to use. We will always clean them off as best we can but please let us know if there are certain rooms, you would like us to put them in etc, if very mucky!!
